A huge variety of spectacular marine life has been discovered near Victoria’s Twelve Apostles. Divers braved wild seas off the rugged coast near the Great Ocean Road to capture thousands of images and hundreds of hours of footage. Coral reefs, sharks, starfish, crayfish and stingrays were among the colourful and diverse species recorded. The study was called Twelve Apostles Bioscan, and was a partnership between Museum Victoria, Parks Victoria and Deakin University.
